Join Eddie George and EGX Lifestyle to tour Nashville with your own two feet!
It’s About Active, Healthy Living

The events of Tour de Nash were designed to introduce residents to some of Nashville’s best places to bike or walk and to challenge them to live a more active lifestyle by completing their longest personal touring distance. All tours will start and end in East Nashville and highlight bicycle and pedestrian facilities across Davidson County. Bring your friends and family!

There is no last place….Tour de Nash is not a race!

Check-in Time: 7:00 a.m.
Health Fair Start Time: 7:00 a.m.
Ride Start Time: 8:00 a.m.
Walk Start Time: 8:15 a.m.

Bike Ride Events

Tour de Bikeways (Family Ride)

Enjoy a FREE 7- or 12-Mile Family bike ride, touring along bike lanes in East Nashville and portions of the Shelby Bottoms Greenway. Bicycle helmets are required for all cycling events. Estimated time: 1-2 hours.

Tour de Bikeways (Gran Tours)

Several longer routes will highlight the many bikeways of Nashville. For both up-and-coming youth cyclists and veterans more experienced with the winding rural routes of outlying counties, these challenging urban tours present the thrill of touring through the significant portions of our beautiful city by bike. Estimated time: 2-7 hours based on skill and route selected.

The Tour de Nash will include FREE general health and wellness screenings from 7:00 a.m. to noon.

Walking Events

Tour de Downtown
Don’t ride a bike? No problem! Join us for a FREE 2-mile or 4-mile walking tour of the East Bank Greenway and Downtown Nashville.

On-site registration begins Saturday, May 17th, at 7:00 am

Early Registration Fee for Gran Tours: $20 through May 10, 2008
Registration Fee for Gran Tours: $28 after May 10, 2008

Volunteer Opportunities

Bring your family and friends to the 5th Annual Tour de Nash, a walk and bike ride for health!

Join Eddie George and Bridgestone Americas at this year’s Tour de Nash which will be held Saturday, May 17th at the East Bank Greenway (on the river at Titans Stadium)

The Tour de Nash is a non-competitive event that offers an exclusive walking or biking tour of Nashville.

Participants will enjoy a FREE 2-mile or 4-mile walking tour or a FREE 6-mile or 12-mile Family Bike Ride through downtown Nashville.

For Avid Cyclists, choose routes of 25 or 50 with options up to 67 miles*

Volunteers are needed to assist throughout the event including on site set-up, registration, information/control center, support & gear, ride and walk route monitor, break down and clean-pp!
